Account and data deletion

You can delete your account and your children’s data at any time – in the app, or without it by e-mail.

In the app

Your whole parent account: Settings → Delete my account. Children for whom you are the only parent are deleted with everything; from other children you are only removed.

A single child: My children → Edit child → Delete child. Tasks, badges, history, photos and friends are deleted and the child’s phone is signed out.

Without the app

Write to mr.pazdera@gmail.com from the e-mail address you sign in with and say you want your account deleted. We delete everything within 30 days at the latest and reply to you.

What is deleted

All data: the parent account, children’s details, tasks, answers, photos, badges, approval history, friends and phones registered for notifications. We keep nothing.
